Laker are pleased to announce that we have secured a place on the CHIC Planned Works Framework. Laker has secured a place to deliver;
• Planned Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements
• Electrical Rewires and Associated Works
We are thrilled to be continuing our work with the Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) and their members. Formed in 2010 CHIC is a consortium of member landlords currently representing some 55 registered providers. CHIC’s role is to secure efficiencies in the procurement of asset management services for housing organisations and we are pleased as a member of the planned works framework to play a part in this.
Although CHIC has a Midlands focus, its contracts and services can be accessed across the UK. Laker currently works across the Midlands, London, the South and parts of Wales.
CHIC is supported and sponsored by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), and is being managed by Ark Housing Consultancy on behalf of its members.
Laker is confident that the framework will provide a platform to continue to deliver efficiencies for CHIC members and we are looking forward to offering the above services to CHIC Members with our considerable experiences and expertise in both work types.
