Administration/Customer Service Apprenticeship
Laker BMS Ltd is currently recruiting for a Administration/Customer Service Apprentice to join our expanding workforce and be part of the company’s future development. The role will be based within our busy Customer Call Centre and will provide the opportunity for the succesful candidate to work towards an Apprenticeship.
The succesful candidate will be based at our Chelmsley Wood Head Office and will be employed as an Apprentice and subject to the National Minimum Wage in relation to Apprentices within the age group. Working hours are to be confirmed - however our core office hours are between 8am and 6pm.
We are looking for candidates who believe they have the below skills, however as this is an Apprenticeship position, what we really need to see is a commitment to developing these skills;
•Good telephone manner and confident to deal with telephone enquiries/customer complaints (with support)
•Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
•Ability to be diplomatic
•Problem solving skills, analytical capability
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Ability to engage people and build strong working relations with trades, colleagues, client and managers
