Commercially Laker has a dedicated Business Team operating a 24hr/7days a week repair and maintenance service for building fabric and associated building services. Our business division also provides project management experience coupled with contracting services for larger scale ‘Design and Build’ and Refurbishment projects.

We are currently working in partnerships with related clients such as: City Analytical Services (part of Severn Trent), Lidl, Coventry Building Society and numerous schools, colleges and retail shopping outlets.

Social Housing: 

Laker has an established track record delivering Repairs/Service Contracts, Cyclical/Improvement Programmes to the Social Housing Network. This is evidenced by contract arrangements and ongoing partnerships, with clients e.g.  Orbit Heart of Engalnd Housing Association, Riverside Housing Association, Friendship Care and Housing, Nehemiah UCHA and North West Leicestershire Council.
